TapSpace stories
Privacy and your choices
Story intake notice · October 9, 2026
What you choose to send
Sharing a story is voluntary. Your story is the only required field. You may also add a display name, business name, Instagram handle, Instagram post link, and email. Please don’t include passwords, payment information, or private information about other people. This form accepts text only.
Where your story goes
Submissions go to TapSpace’s private owner review queue. We use them to understand your experience, review your sharing choices, and consider stories for a feature. Your submission is not posted automatically. We record your sharing choices and when they were given alongside your story.
Permission is up to you
You may give separate permission to share your words on the TapSpace website and Instagram, and to show your name, business, or Instagram handle alongside them. Small spelling or length edits may be made only if the meaning stays the same. Without permission to share your words, your story is private feedback. Permission to share words without permission to show your details allows an anonymous quote.
An Instagram link, mention, or hashtag is not permission to reuse that post or its images, video, or audio. This form does not request or grant media permission.
Email stays private
Your email is used only for a follow-up about your story if you choose that option. It is not included with a quote, and this form does not sign you up for marketing.
How long we keep it
Our policy is to delete unapproved submissions and private follow-up details after 90 days. Approved quotes and their consent records are kept while those quotes are used. Removal is reviewed and carried out by the owner; this notice does not mean that deletion happens automatically.
Change your mind or request removal
Email thesignalpilot@gmail.com to change your permission, ask about your submission, or request its removal. Include your receipt if you have it so we can find the right story. If permission is withdrawn, we stop new reuse and review removal from channels TapSpace controls.
